orld Islamic Propagation and Humanitarian Services is an independent non-governmental organization (NGO) registered with Administrator General of Trustees, Government of Tanzania, as a religious and charitable humanitarian trust. It is led by a board of trustees and an elected chairman.

WIPAHS promotes rural development  through education and self sustainable projects that are used to promote the well being  of the community regardless of sex, race or religion.

Tabligh

Introduction - WIPAHS has been very active in the field of propagation of true teaching of Islam which has been brought by the Holy Prophet (SAWW) and as explained even more clearly through the guidance of his successors, the Holy Aimah (AS) from his household.
A systematic Tabligh curriculum is in place at our learning institutes from Primary to College level ensuring appropriate propagation of the True Faith according to the age and intellect
ActivitiesVarious religious and educational lectures are arranged throughout the year especially during the occasions of the birth and death anniversary of the Holy Prophet (SAW) and Aimah (AS) and during the Holy Months of Ramadhan and Muharram. 
Tabligh activities are also carried out at satellite centres by our graduates whom we support by way of meeting their salaries and other needs. Satellite centres currently being supported:
KILWA, TUNDURU, MTWARA, LINDI, SONGEA and SINGIDA
Madressatul Zahra is run in town where about 80 girls are currently receiving religious instruction as well as training in English, Arabic, and Sewing

Annual Milad Un Nabi program is held where approximately 1000 women attend as well as on Me’raj, Ashura day, last Friday of the month of Ramadan (Al-Quds Day), Hujjaj Farewell program, and Women's Day (Milad of Hazrat Fatema)

Arranging as well as sponsoring Milad and Wafat majalises in various places especially in the month of Muharrum and Iftaars during the month of Ramadhan, in various mosques and other institutions in Dar Es Salaam as well as upcountry.

Assistance for mosques and Madressah construction projects in various parts of the country

Arranging lectures especially for women, every year between 8 to 12 lectures on different Islamic occasion and different topics. Attendance between 700 to 1400 women

Partial to Full scholarship or facilitating scholarships for various students to study religion constructively in Iran and Syria or any other available institutions
